The Position

Sales/Presales Manager China 销售经理
(Location: Shanghai/Beijing)

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Establish and maintain customer relations with multinational companies and local enterprises.
  • Selling of SEEBURGER solutions & service
  • To meet or exceed sales targets and improve company's profitability.
  • To explore and pursue sales opportunities, handling negotiations, work with various departments to finalize sales proposals and close sales
  • To propose list of target accounts for development by both direct action plan, or joint activities with Partners
  • Gather data on customers, competitor and market and frequently communicate pertinent information to manager in a timely manner.
  • Understand the respective customer systems and requirements .This is achieved through regularly scheduled visits to the customer facilities throughout China.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration/Computer Science or equivalent degree, highly motivated
  • At least 3 years experience in Logistics branch for Automotive and/or High-tech industry, the experience of direct sales or channel sales in enterprise application and/or B-to-B Sales is a advantage.
  • Solid understanding of the software industry, good and keen knowledge about the ERP SCM market.
  • Perfect speaking and writing in English, German is a plus.

Senior Consultant /Project Manager 资深顾问/项目经理
(Location: Shanghai)

We are looking for an experienced Consultant with broad IT Integration Know-How (Business-to-Business) and energy to strengthen our International Consulting team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presales Activities
     Support the Sales Teams during presales activities such as demos, proof of concepts etc.
     Design of client-specific solution architectures
     Planning, estimation and execution of integration projects
     Analysis and prioritization of integration requirements
  • Project Management (Planning, Design, Execution, Control)
  • Integration Consulting
     Technical implementation of integration solutions
     Base installation and integration into existing IT Infrastructures
     Configuration of integration solutions
     Design and technical realization of business processes in the context of B2B/EAI/EDI
     Programming of interface applications in Java/J2EE, ABAP using XML and/or various other formats
     Documentation of integration projects and hand-over

Your Profile:

  • 2~3 years experience as a consultant with B2B(EDI) projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Flexibility, being able to travel
  • Experience in the implementation of Standard ERP software (SAP R/3) or other Supply chain management application is preferable
  • Experience with different Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, Unix, …)
  • Experience in EDI and B2B Integration area is a pre
  • General Supply Chain skill and special industry knowledge in one or more of the following industries: Automotive, High Tech, or Logistics

Junior Consultant China 技术顾问
(Location: Shanghai)

We are looking for an experienced Consultant with broad IT Integration Know-How (Business-to-Business) and energy to strengthen our International Consulting team. You will work with our large-account clients and will participate in the post-sales phase, implementing the proposed solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation of integration projects
  • Provide product support: analysis and resolution of problems
  • Arrange product training for SEEBURGER customers
  • Support the Sales Teams during presales activities such as demos, proof of concepts etc.
  • Integration Consulting
  • Technical implementation of integration solutions
  • Base installation and integration into existing IT Infrastructures
  • Configuration of integration solutions
  • Design and technical realization of business processes in the context of B2B/EAI/EDI
  • Programming of interface applications in Java/J2EE, ABAP using XML and/or various other formats
  • Documentation of integration projects and hand-over

Requirements:

  • Specialize in software major or software related major in University.
  • Some experience in software engineering / architecture
  • Good java coding skill
  • Knowing SQL technology is mandatory
  • Fluent in English
  • German speaking is a plus
